“Cultural Pavilion”; a project developed by Arturo Gomez and Vicky Gomez, was awarded $15,000 to build full scale and display in Carnaval San Francisco, a major community event in the San Francisco Mission District with 500,000 visitors, to empower and uplift the Latino community.
